I can continue to bring you RAWs and Summaries of Dengeki Daisy only because of the help of my friend Asahi, who provided these RAWs to me! Thanks a lot!
This chapter didn't seem to have much actual development, but rather, got everyone into place for what looks to be an exciting next chapter. Also, pretty much every character got a chance to look cool this chapter.

The tagline for this chapter is “In the chaos surrounding “The Will of M,” Teru was abducted…!! Kurosaki and his friends will turn all of their effort to recovering her, but…?!”
The first page starts off with a picture of unconscious Teru and a repeat of the information discovered at the end of the last chapter: Teru’s being held on the uninhabited island, base G77, where The Will of M is set to unfold. The guys from the Ministry seem mystified by this news, but Kurosaki is angry and incredulous, and asks Kouno what the hell he was thinking, storing his hostage there if his intent was to keep Kurosaki and co. away from The Will of M. Kouno says that it was a mistake putting her there, that they had no intention of using it this time, but according to the original plan Kurosaki’s group would all have been prevented from doing anything (by all the Ministry assholes). Master gets confused (actually I’m confused too) and says “Weren’t you the ones urging us on in the first place to search for the location of The Will of M?” Kouno then provides some chilling information about The Will of M: when the final seal is removed from “The Will of M’s system” (the way he says it makes it sound like a computer program that needs to be cracked) an explosion will be detonated, destroying the entire island and killing anyone on it. He also reveals that the plan was for everyone who knows about Akira’s existence to be on the island at that time. Riko asks what will happen to Teru and Kouno answers nonchalantly that it’s really too bad, but she’ll probably die. He says it wasn’t his intention for her to die, but he guesses it’s unavoidable. Then Kouno tells them he’s told them everything so in return they need to uphold their promise to protect him. Instead, Riko punches Kouno in the face, so hard he goes flying. She then says daintily that everyone needs to restrain themselves; she punched Kouno on all of their behalf because a wuss like Kouno would die if he was punched with all the strength of a man. Then she starts to tell them to not despair yet, that they can still save Teru, but Kouno cuts in saying it’s already too late, Akira’s probably arriving on the island right now, which mean’s its Teru’s sad fate to die. Kurosaki grabs Kouno by the face and with a really scary expression on his face says “Teru belongs to me. Scum like you should not dare to speak her name without honorifics.” (Kouno had not used “-san” or “-chan” or anything, just said “Teru.”) Kurosaki releases Kouno (who looks kind of like a corpse that has had its life/soul sucked out in the movie The Mummy) and addresses Nishida and Shibayama, asking them to help him get to the island as soon as possible so he can intercept Akira and destroy The Will of M. Kurosaki valiantly says that he knows he’ll die if he fails but he isn’t afraid because there is nothing more important than saving Teru.
As the scene changes to where Teru is, Kurosaki narrates “Teru, I’m coming to save you. I’ll be there soon, so wait for me.” This leads into Teru’s dream about Kurosaki, in which he’s telling her to wait for him to come save her… “Wait for me, with no clothes on!” This jolts Teru awake immediately, shouting “It’s a little early for that, isn’t it, Kurosaki-san?!” Teru realizes she’s alone in a room, and after chiding herself for having such a lewd dream, realizes that she’s actually really hot and sweating, so she removes her sweater. When she looks out the window, she finds she’s in a jungle-like location (thus the hot climate) and starts to get really afraid, thinking that there’s got to be no one here and no one will ever find her here. As she’s about to lose it and start crying, Teru remembers her brother’s advice to her: When she’s sad or feels like panicking, she should count her blessings and remember all of her happy memories; those happy memories are a protection charm for her heart, to protect her from despair. Teru follows this advice, recalling her brother, her friends, and last of all Kurosaki telling her he loves her, and although there are still tears falling Teru is able to remain calm and smiles peacefully. Teru’s brother’s next advice to her was to pick a word or phrase and keep repeating it over and over to herself, in order to calm herself down. Teru picks the word “DAISY” and starts repeating it over and over, sometimes adding some other words to form short sentences ("I love DAISY." / "DAISY, this is Teru, I’m OK." etc) As she does this, Teru picks up a lantern that she suspects Antora left behind, and begins exploring the building she’s in, looking for a way to contact Kurosaki and the others, even though she’s still weak from the drugs she was injected with earlier. Teru comes to a really big door and when she enters through it finds herself in a huge room that appears to be cathedral. The pews are all old and covered in dust, lending to the impression that no one’s been here for a long time. Suddenly Teru hears a voice, saying “There’s someone here…? Who are you?” and when she turns around she comes face-to-face with Akira! Teru asks him what he’s doing there but he gets mad and tells her he’s the one who should be asking her that. Akira is furious, accusing her of always interfering and demands to know where Daisy is, and if he’s already gone ahead (to find The Will of M). Teru suddenly realizes that this is the facility on the abandoned island where The Will of M will unfold, and gets a terrified look on her face. When she explains to Akira that she was kidnapped and was already here by the time she woke up, Akira starts laughing gleefully and concludes that Daisy isn’t here. He punches Teru in the stomach to immobilize her (he still seems to think she wants to get The Will of M and steal it from him) and approaches the pulpit (where a priest once stood to preach) and opens the top revealing a computer in a secret compartment inside. He concludes that Teru alone can’t do anything and tells her to sit quietly and watch. He is still giggling insanely and talking strange (slurring words and so on.) Akira announces that the computer code on the screen is an attempt to test him, but he cracks it right away and opens "the Entrance to the Will of M." A huge noise resounds through the hall and an elevator is revealed behind the altar. As Akira goes to get in he turns back to Teru and tells her, grinning wildly, to tell Kurosaki that HE was the victor, he obtained The Will of M first. Teru calls out to Akira desperately, telling him not to go, and telling him that The Will of M is a trap to lure Akira out of hiding and kill him, using Professor Midorikawa’s name. Akira doesn’t believe her and accuses her of making it all up in order to steal the treasure while he’s not looking. Teru can barely move because of the residual effects of the drugs and Akira’s punch, but she still keeps trying to get him to believe her. She tells him it was Professor Midorikawa himself who told her that The Will of M was a trap, and asked her to save Akira. She tells Akira Professor Midorikawa and many others were always searching for him, and had beseeched Kurosaki to find him. Akira calls her a liar again, and says that there’s no one who wants to save him; people have always been disgusted by him and no one ever treated him like a human, they all wished secretly that he’d hurry up and die already. He tells Teru that a beloved child with a happy life like her would ever understand, and that even if there were someone who really wanted to help him, he doesn’t care, in fact he’d be irritated. Then Akira tells Teru that even if it is as she said, then he’ll soon die and make all those people happy, he doesn’t have a single happy memory in his entire life and so he doesn’t care anymore whether he lives or dies. This time Teru calls Akira out on being a liar, and insists he must have some happy memories with Professor Midorikawa, right? Akira’s face really looks insane as he responds that he doesn’t even remember “gramps” ‘s face anymore, all he remembers is “the promise.” Akira says cryptically that if that’s also a lie, then he has absolutely nothing. Then Akira gets into the elevator and it sinks out of sight while Teru shouts after him to wait.
Back in Japan, Kurosaki and Master are in the car, and Kurosaki is just finishing a final check of the computer equipment he brought with him. Master is fussing over Kurosaki not even stopping to change his clothes and Kurosaki is telling him here was no time, he was focused on preparing the equipment. Master tells Kurosaki to at least change his shoes, as Master packed extra shoes for him, and Kurosaki agrees. In the bag with his extra shoes, Kurosaki finds Teru’s busted cellphone. Master explains that Andy glued the pieces back together for Kurosaki to take with him for good luck, as the item symbolic of his and Teru’s connection. Kurosaki says that even if it’s broken he feels that Souichiro’s spirit is still attached to it, blessing him and Teru. Master remarks that Teru really is Souchiro’s little sister; she’s got guts just like he had, and so even if the phone is broken, she will surely be fine. Master says he believes in them, and he’ll be waiting for their safe return. Kurosaki smiles and pictures Teru’s smiling face, thinking to himself that even in times like this, picturing her smiling face gives him strength. Kurosaki makes a pained, but still smiling face, and remembers how Teru agreed to kiss him once more before he left on the mission to save Akira, only if he’d kiss her once more when they got back safely. Finally, Master and Kurosaki arrive at the meeting point, where a helicopter is waiting. Master and Kiyoshi prepared the rest of the luggage and loaded it onto the helicopter. Master apologizes to Nishida about the request for use of the helicopter on such short notice, and Nishida tells him to think nothing of it, as he’s taking responsibility for Kouno’s actions. Kurosaki says goodbye to Andy and Kiyoshi, who wish him good luck and tell him to bring Teru back safely. Riko also comes to see him off, and stuffs Kurosaki’s arms full with provisions: coffee, onigiri and chocolate. Finally Riko gives Kurosaki a touching pep talk and tells him the Souichiro picked him and had faith him him, so she knows that he’ll be able to save Teru and Akira and stop The Will of M. She tells him he’s grown up a lot and that he’s weathered so much suffering and made it out alive; at this stage of the game, that’s the kind of man they need. Kurosaki hugs Riko and thanks her, calling her “nee-san” (big sister). Kurosaki tells them all “I’ll be going now” and then gets in the chopper, alone except for the pilot and whomever else the ministry sent along. Watching them go, Riko prays to Souichiro to keep Kurosaki and Teru safe. In the helicopter, Kurosaki observes that dawn is about to break. At the same time, Teru is still pounding on the doors of the elevator Akira disappeared into, and says “What should I do…? Kurosaki, help me…!” On the last page there are 3 panels, showing Kurosaki, Teru and Akira each in their respective locations, and Kurosaki’s narration that “Our fateful day is about to begin.”
The next chapter will be release 7/13.
